DESCRIPTION:Join local author Kaelyn Hamm to celebrate the launch of third and final book in her Singers Series.  This YA fantasy series features a music-based magic system\, a Canadian setting and plenty of elves\, dragons\, deception and adventure!  Kaelyn will be joining us at 2:00 on Saturday\, May 24.  There will be stories\, snacks and fun giveaways! \n  \nKaelyn is the author of The Singers Series\, as well as a number of short stories. ​ She graduated with a Bachelor’s in music\, but found a love of writing along the way.​  Kaelyn is married and lives with her husband in Alberta\, Canada along with their dog and cat.​  Her favourite authors include J.R.R Tolkien\, for the impact he had on the fantasy genre\, and Fredrick Backman\, for how explores the beauty in humanity. The Songs of Magic was written for young readers to have a safe\, fun fantasy book to enjoy that their parents would feel good about! It pairs together Kaelyn’s love of music with her love of story telling.
